Fishing has been on fire as of late with big snook coming out to play along with nice redfish and big sea trout. With warmer water temperatures big schools of minnows have invade the bay and have the fish fired up.
With Tarpon season right around the corner it’s not to late to get a couple days to chase the mighty silver king. The main Tarpon run starts around the middle of April and usually ends in October, with May and June being the best. The fishing has been red hot this month with the water temps pushing into the mid 70s. The snook and trout have been very active chasing schools of bait eating live minnows and chasing our topwater plugs. Before long we will get our big tarpon migration so get the last few slot that are open in May and June!!
