With our first cold front behind us it has the fish really feeding hard before winter water temperatures set in. Here is a nice redfish that was caught on a top water plug while fishing a grass flat near Boca Grande.

The snook are in a feeding frenzy as we have our first front about to hit us,this nice 37inch snook was caught on a live pinfish.
Capt. Jesse Beye Water temperatures are starting to drop a little bit with some slightly cooler weather, which has made for some excellent fishing. Starting to catch some kingfish in the Gulf of Mexico along with Spanish mackerel. The redfish, snook , and trout have stayed very consistent and should remain that way during the Fall season.
Capt. Jesse Beye The trout and snook fishing have been decent in the bay. Mackerel and snapper are in the crosshairs most trips when the Gulf of Mexico is calm enough to fish. As the water temperature drops heading into fall expect some unbelievable fishing to unfold here in the Boca Grande area.
I look forward to getting you on the water. Capt. Jesse Beye 941-223-6649 [email protected] Snook season is here in Boca Grande and we are catching all sizes on live bait, artificial lures and flies. Above are some nice keeper fish from this week!!
