The bottom fishing offshore has been great of late with lots of snapper and a few grouper mixed in. Here’s a nice 28inch gag grouper from the other day.

The weather has been amazing after our last cold front whistled through Florida and the fish have been hungry the last couple days. The snapper bite was great today with lots of lane snappers with a couple mangroves mixed in as well. We managed to Catch two nice triple tail on the way in with the big one tipping the scale at 10lbs.
Some nice catches from this pass week, both the Gulf of Mexico and our vast mangrove island estuary has had great action. With the weather changing and water temperature dropping as we head into winter, the fish have been feeding on shrimp, pinfish and a wide variety of artificial lures.
Capt. Jesse Beye 941-223-6649 The back country fishing has been great with redfish and snook chasing artificial lures making for some exciting strikes. As winter nears closer there is still some bait schools around but the fish have been mostly feeding on crabs, shrimp and pinfish.
